heads can be developed to suit many non-standard types of load subject to them
being non-porous and having a flat surface upon which to grip.
Vacuum
units can be suspended from a range of Radial Arms, Articulated Arms, or Rail
Systems to service the work in question.
Food

dressed welds and sealed joints.
The
vacuum load handling spreader offers a convenient method of gripping large,
heavy items such as sheet materials when using a conventional hoist. Any number of vacuum cups can grip on
any area, which is substantially flat and non-porous. By adding more or larger cups heavier items can be handled.
Faster
and safer than slings etc. and with the added advantage that the surface of the
material won't be damaged, such devices are perfect in regular product
operations: - especially when crane controls are integrated into the load
spreader for convenience. Various audible
or visual signals warn of power failure, which could lead to loss of load.
Tilting
mechanisms (manual or powered) allow the unit to re-orientate sheets etc.
through 90 degrees.
Models
are available from a few kilograms to many tons and rechargeable battery
options also exist.

Speed Chain Hoist for Larger Loads
For loads from 125kg and
onwards traditional Chain Hoists with modern Variable Speed Control and Bespoke
Grippers / Manipulators below the hook offer an ideal solution. All controls are built into the gripper
for operator convenience.
Models are available from 80 to 460kg capacity and with a variety of control configurations to suit a corresponding variety of loads and operating formats.
For awkward or restricted spaces the articulated arm format may be more appropriate
